Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to the email provided with the order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be properly updated by the carrier. If you haven’t received a tracking number or have issues with the tracking information, you can track your order here (or use the order tracking form below) by using your order number and associated email address.
We accept returns for customer remorse if:
- The item is new and unused
- Any manufacturer seal is unopened
- The item is undamaged and in original packaging with all accessories
Keep in mind, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You have 30 days from the day after receiving your order to request a return. At the moment, we can only offer exchanges for domestic orders. However, we strongly recommend double-checking the sizing charts provided on each product’s page before ordering. If you are unsure of which size to order, feel free to contact our customer service team with any questions!
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- If you received the wrong size, we will send you a replacement at no cost! Be sure to include photos of the incorrect item(s) in your message.
- Shipping fees for returns, exchanges or re-shipping due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable, and the return label cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, if you’re outside the US, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs.

However, unfortunately due to international shipping (shipping outside of the USA), the shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be expensive. We apologize about that, and are actively working on making international orders more cost effective for customers!
