All returns and exchanges are handled by our fulfillment partner, South Valley Merchandise (SVM).
🌍 International Orders

Due to high shipping costs, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Please double check sizing charts before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us and we’ll replace it at no cost after verification.

All other policies below apply only to U.S. customers.
↩️ Changed Your Mind? (Customer Remorse)
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are:

New and unused.
-
In original packaging with all accessories.

Any manufacturer seals are unopened.

Not damaged from handling or use.
Return shipping for “changed mind” returns is paid by the customer.

🚨 Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or stops working within 30 days:

Email support@cashandnico.com with photos of the issue.

We’ll cover return shipping.

Let us know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.
👕 Ordered the Wrong Size? (U.S. Orders Only)
Here’s how to swap it out within 30 days of your order:

Email us at support@cashandnico.com with your order number, your name, the item’s name, the size you ordered, and the new size you need.

Return the original item (in new condition) to:

Email us a photo of your tracking number.

We’ll ship out the corrected size once your return is received.
🚚 Shipping for size exchanges is paid by the customer.
🔒 Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and our store, we have systems in place to flag potentially fraudulent orders.

High-Risk Orders: If our system flags an order as high risk, we will cancel and refund it immediately.

Potential Risk Orders: If an order is flagged as potential risk, we’ll reach out by email (2–3 times) to confirm your address and order details. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will cancel and refund the order.

Large Orders ($250+ in merchandise): For orders over $250, we may contact you to confirm the items and address before processing.

Address Issues: If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or flagged as invalid (especially for international orders), we will email you 2–3 times. If we don’t hear back, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
❗Important: Please check your email (and spam folder) within the first 7 days after placing your order in case we reach out for confirmation.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid RMA return label (shipping covered if the return is due to damage, defect, or our error).

Pack your item securely and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.
❌ Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t shipped yet.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process above that matches your situation.
📦 Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@cashandnico.com.

We’ll open a case with the carrier (please allow up to 5 business days for investigation).

If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose a full refund or a replacement at no cost.
💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed after your return arrives and is approved by our team.

Processing can take 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
