All orders made on cashandnico.com are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner South Valley Merchandise (SVM).
📆 Order Processing

Our facilities process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label has been printed.

The delivery estimate at checkout is an approximation, not a guarantee.

Orders may experience delays due to postal service issues, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
📦 Shipping Rates & Handling

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service and destination.

A small handling fee is included in the shipping cost to cover packaging and processing.

Shipping costs vary depending on weight, location, and applicable taxes or duties.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returns, exchanges, or re-shipping due to carrier return or incorrect address.
🌍 International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. For orders shipping through UPS or DHL, these customs fees will have to be paid by the customer upon delivery. For orders shipping through other services, these fees will be collected at checkout.

These charges are not included in your order total. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees and compliance with local import laws.

If an international package is returned to us due to customs issues, refusal, or incorrect address, the buyer must cover reshipping costs if a second delivery is requested.
🚚 Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes are estimated by the carrier, and thus not guaranteed.

Processing time (1–3 business days) is separate from delivery time.

SVM is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been picked up by the carrier.
✅ Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, check your spam or request the confirmation to be re-emailed to your confirmed email address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
🚨 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a package was never delivered, a claim must be submitted to support@cashandnico.com within 60 days of the estimated delivery date.

If damaged, retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for the claim process.

Email us at support@cashandnico.com, include the lost or damaged order number and photos of the damaged or missing goods (if applicable).

If approved, we’ll cover return shipping.

Let us know if you would prefer a replacement or refund.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Orders

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order.

Email us at support@cashandnico.com with your order number, your name, the item’s name, the size you ordered, and the new size you need.

Shipping fees for returns, exchanges or re-shipping due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable, and the return label cost is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item is defective or incorrect, please email photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost upon verification and we will cover the shipping fee.
International Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders due to high shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@cashandnico.com with your order number, your name, and the item’s name and we will replace it at no cost after approval and verification.

Please check sizing charts carefully before purchasing size-specific items. Email SVM with any questions about sizing.
❌Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.

For domestic orders, if you need to return an item, please wait until it arrives, and follow our return procedure.

Contact us at support@cashandnico.com if your order is fraudulent. We will work with you to cancel/refund the order.
❓Missing Deliveries

If tracking indicates your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Once an item has left our facility, we have no control over delivery issues.
