I ordered the Cash and Nico plushies for my son for Christmas. The stitching immediately let go on the Cash plushie. In my rating I mentioned this and before they reached out to me, I received an email that a replacement had shipped, no questions asked. Thank you so much for the great customer service.
I ordered a youth small for my son who just turned 5. It says the youth small is a size 6/7 but the shirts I received are more like a size 4/5. They are small. Once I wash them they will not fit. The color quality is good.
After ordering other sweatshirts online and hoodies, I have been disappointed when I got this. The first thing I did was check the quality and my son loves the hoodies. He’s very picky about how they feel. He wears both of them at the same time lol we will make more purchases from you in the future.
